IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 2024 1095C Tax Documents
The IRS recently posted Notice 25-15 explaining new guidance for distribution of 1095-C ACA forms for reporting due on or after January 1, 2025.
2024 1095-C forms are being mailed in early March 2025 from within MD and should be delivered quickly. However, with recent delivery inconsistencies with the United States Postal Service, Prince George’s County Government has made arrangements for email delivery if needed.
If you do not soon receive your form in the mail or would like to receive an electronic copy of your 2024 1095-C, please send a request to 1095C@boltonusa.com and include your full name and phone number and they will reach out to you to verify your information and provide a secure delivery method of the form.
