Prince George’s County uses GovernmentJobs.com for its application processes. 

  • Select your chosen job opportunity and review the qualifications to ensure that you meet the criteria to be eligible for the position. 
  • Complete an application and be sure to enter details of your Work Experience. the demonstrate that you meet the qualifications for the role.  You may copy or elaborate on the information from your resume clearly detailing positions, employers, date of employment, responsibilities, etc.   Whether you attach a resume or not, the Work Experience section and answers to the questions must be thoroughly completed. 
  • Review and fully answer a series of Supplemental Questions regarding your education, knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). Responses of "See Resume" may not be considered. Please note that questions with an asterisk (*) are required and may not be skipped. 

Additionally, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Specialists often make contact via email or text. Please ensure that you have the correct email and phone number and that you are checking your junk or spam email inboxes or filters.
