New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP)
As a new employee, we want to make sure that your transition to County Government is smooth and seamless. That's why we've developed a comprehensive New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) to help you become familiar with County Government, your role, and our culture. During NEOP, you'll have the opportunity to meet key members of our team, learn about our mission and values, and gain insights into the various programs and services offered to County Government employees. Whether you're coming from the public sector or joining us from a different industry, NEOP is designed to provide you with the information and resources you need to begin your career with us.
New Employee Online Portal
To ensure that your first day is as productive as possible, we've granted you access to our New Employee Online Portal, where you can complete important onboarding tasks, such as submitting your personal information and required documentation.
