The Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) has developed mandatory employee mental health training to provide continued support and to prioritize the health and safety of County employees in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. County employees should use the guidance below to complete the online, on-demand training.
Accessing the Training Course
The online training, “Staying Well in 2021,” will explore several self-care techniques as well as provide helpful resources and tips for all employees working during the COVID-19 pandemic. County employees are required to complete the mandatory online wellness training in the County Learning Management System (LMS). The course can be accessed online in the County LMS by using the link below.
Please note that you must be logged into the County LMS in order to access the training using the link below. Guidance on how to navigate and perform specific actions in the LMS can be found on the County Learning and Development webpage.
