“FALL into Compliance” with Property Maintenance Requirements While Growing Green with Pride this Month!

As we gear up to participate in the County-wide celebration of Growing Green with Pride Day on Oct. 19, DPIE wants homeowners, business owners and property managers to FALL into Compliance to ensure their exterior spaces are compliant with County Code. DPW&T’s GGWP initiative focuses our attention twice a year on sprucing up the environment. DPIE asks that you also identify and fix property maintenance code violations on your exterior spaces at home and at your businesses this fall. Is your yard full of old branches and leaves? Clean them up! Has the parking lot of your business turned into a dumping spot? You are responsible for removing any junk and debris and disposing of it responsibly.

Property maintenance standards help protect our environment and keep our County beautiful. FALL into Compliance to be a good neighbor and a wise steward of the environment!
