Listening Sessions Scheduled to Hear Your Input on the Permanent Rent Stabilization Law!

For those who may have missed the two meetings, please know there is one more session available. The Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement (DPIE) and the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) are hosting an in-person listening session to hear input on the Permanent Rent Stabilization and Protection Act of 2024 (PRSA). To register to attend, submit questions, comments, and/or sign up to speak, complete the Listening Sessions Registration Form.
